Delivery Express Freight Company Ltd. Authorizes you to use the Delivery Express tracking system to track and monitor your shipment's status and may not be used as the sole information tool by which future claims against Delivery Express Freight Company Ltd. service performance may be derived.

Any other use of the Delivery Express tracking system and information is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances shall Delivery Express freight Company Ltd. Be liable for any inability to access or use the Delivery Express Freight tracking system.

The data about your shipment's contained in the tracking system is provided without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to their accuracy, reliability or completeness and cannot be used as a legal insturment for any possible damages that may occur on transit.

The data will be automatically deleted from our tracking system after 90 days from the day the operation has completed.
